FIP Delegation Visits the Al-Ahsa Chamber

A delegation from the Food Industries Polytechnic (FIP), led by Executive Director Ibrahim Alegaily, visited the Al-Ahsa Chamber represented by the Chairman of the Industrial Committee, Abdulaziz Al-Afaleq, and several committee members. The visit aimed to explore collaborative opportunities to empower the industrial workforce in Al-Ahsa through the training programs offered by the Polytechnic.

The meeting discussed ways to leverage the Polytechnic’s empowerment programs and assess the labor market’s needs for national human resources, in alignment with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.

Alegaily described the visit as productive, highlighting the many ideas and proposals shared that focus on empowering and developing the national workforce in the food sector.

FIP is part of the National Center for Strategic Partnerships, a distinguished collaboration between the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC) and the private sector, with support from the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF).

Established in 2009, the Polytechnic aims to qualify specialized and professional national talents in the food manufacturing sector through training programs that lead to employment, meeting labor market demands for food industry specialists—one of the Kingdom’s largest and most vital sectors.
