Course Overview
The purpose of this training course is to prepare new learners who have not previously entered the food employment market or have entered in a low-risk role. Learners completing this short course will understand why food safety is important and what the benefits of food safety are.
Upon successful completion of this short course, learners may wish to continue their development by undertaking one of the following short courses and qualifications:
- Food Safety in Manufacturing Level 2
- Food Safety in Manufacturing Level 3
